Just click into the field and you can enter the channel NAME as usual text.

Navigation keys are the same as in other Windows application.

You can also enter this text on the Channel setup screen - General part of:

• Analog in channel -> see ->Analog in Channel setup or
• Analog out channel -> see -> Analog out Channel setup
